Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on select items and will be calculated at checkout when applicable.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Please note that processing time does not include transit time. During peak periods or for limited-edition items, processing times may vary.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. SSStudio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@shawnscott.studio within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Include your order number and photos if applicable, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made-to-order, limited-run, or small-batch, all sales are considered final unless otherwise noted.
Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Made-to-order or custom items
- Limited edition items
- Sale or discounted items
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, email hello@shawnscott.studio with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
